This is my plan specially put together because like me so many of us used to skip breakfast, it's easy not to prioritise breakfast when you're running to work or trying to get the kids ready. But how do you expect your body to function well, or keep energised throughout the day if you don't feed it, let alone feed it well!
My breakfast plans include a range of the following: Formula 1 Shake, Protein Drink Mix, Instant Herbal Beverage 'Magic Tea' and the Aloe Concentrate. To put it simply; a breakfast shake, mixed with protein powder instead of milk, with a side of healthy coffee alternative and finally your healthy squash. The plan is so successful because you still get everything you need, but more, without the calorific alternatives.
