DANNI'S DAILY ROUTINE

Regardless to the plan you start with, you will get full support throughout your journey to help you with achieving your best results. Danni's breakfast plan is her go-to for helping her easily achieve the results she has done, all whilst giving her body the nutrition it needs.

    BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

    The perfect way to start the day with our meal replacement breakfast shake. Danni's favourite is Banana.

    SNACK (MID MORNING)

    One of your two daily high protein snacks, around 200 calories.

    LUNCH SMOOTHIE

    Danni will usually have her second shake of the day for lunch or a light lunch if she has more time.

    SNACK (MID AFTERNOON)

    Your second snack of the day, low in calories and high in protein.

    DINNER (600-700 CALS)

    For dinner, you want to aim for a mix of healthy fats, carbohydrates and protein, we'll give you lots of recipes too.
