Customer Notice - Change to The APC Terms and Conditions of Carriage - COVID-19 (Coronavirus) - Effective March 14th 2020
In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, and in order to protect the safety of both consignees and delivery drivers, APC have temporarily relaxed the requirement of Clause 5 (2) of The APC Terms and Conditions of Carriage and will be adopting the NO CONTACT DELIVERY PRACTICE.
Consignees will not be required to personally sign the ePOD device or hard copy document, but will be required to provide their name verbally to the delivery driver whereby the driver will include this on the delivery record. Whereby a customer refuses to provide their name, the consignment will not be left with them but fall under the ‘refused goods’ process.

Orders must be made by 3.00pm Monday - Thursday to ensure Next day UK guaranteed delivery. (Excludes weekends & bank holidays) *postcode restrictions apply.
Orders are shipped up until 3pm (Monday-Friday) We do not process orders on the weekend.
Orders placed on a Friday will not be delivered until the following working day (Monday)

How do I track my parcel?
You will receive a delivery confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will have your tracking number where you can track it on APC Overnight here - https://apc-overnight.com

My Item has been returned to you because it could not be delivered.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery at the shipping address, If a signature cannot be obtained the goods will be returned to the depot, from which you will be responsible to collect or rearrange delivery (at your own cost).
APC attempt to deliver twice before returning items back to the depot where you can re-arrange a delivery from the delivery card. If they do not get a response, it will be returned back to us as undelivered. If your order has been returned to us it we will get in contact with you to see If you would like us to send your parcel back out rather than refund it. If you are having this issue please email us with your order number.

Any orders placed outside of the EU could possible entail a tax duty payment once received at your local delivering depot.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from APC to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the UK.
Packages undeliverable by APC and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
In the event you order an item which is out of stock when our website has not already informed you that the item is out of stock we will contact you by telephone or email as quickly as possible to notify you - you are entitled to cancel the order at this stage should the delayed delivery be inconvenient.
All orders will be delivered by a third party courier.
We reserve the right to cancel any order which is logistically too complicated to deliver and will treat this order as a cancelled order. A refund will be given if any monies have been paid.
If the order arrives damaged i.e. there is visible damage to either the goods or packaging we ask that you refuse delivery and request it be sent back to us. We will then inspect the damage and have a replacement sent to you straight away. Alternatively, if any minor damage is noticed upon removal from the packaging we ask that you contact us immediately so we can assist to rectify the situation.
