Pea and Mint Soup

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
6 spring onions, chopped
300g frozen peas
500ml chicken or vegetable stock
1 tbsp chopped mint (or coriander)
1/2 serving (13g) of Formula 1 Vanilla
2 servings (12g) of Formula 3 Personalized Protein
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Add chopped garlic or chopped chilli for that extra kick.
Place spring onions and frozen peas into blender with boiling stock. Then add in your formula one powered along with your formula 3 personalised formula. Add mint leaves and shake up by hand. Next, just blend all the ingredients together and you’re ready to serve! Add salt and pepper to season and
Note: Like most soups, this freezes really well once cooled. Avoid prolonged boiling and simmering of this soup in order to retain the fresh green colour.
Top Tip: Get creative and try adding in other frozen veg like broccoli.
