Add the garlic, carrot, celery and chilli powder/paste into a large pan on a medium-high heat. Cook for around 5 minutes until the vegetables have softened
Add the chopped tomatoes and stir for 30 seconds, then add the brown rice and leave on a low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally until all the vegetables are cooked through
Add the beans 10 minutes from the end of cooking
When everything is cooked through, serve in a bowl
