🍳 Egg, Bacon and Cheese Bagel 🥓

Egg, Bacon and Cheese Bagel

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 x Warburtons Protein Thin Bagel 
  • 3 x medium sized egg 
  • 1 x rasher bacon 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled.

 

Method 

  1. Grill the bacon to how you like it.
  2. Meanwhile crack the eggs into a bowl, add 1 tbsp olive oil and mix well.
  3. Add the egg mixture to a hot, non-stick pan over a medium heat and slowly stir.  Remove from the heat when cooked to your liking.
  4. Whilst the egg is cooking slice the bagel in half and lightly toast.
  5. Add the bacon and feta cheese to the scrambled egg and mix well.
  6. Add the egg and bacon mixture to the bottom half of the bagel and add the top.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy! 😍
