Egg, Bacon and Cheese Bagel

Ingredients
- 1 x Warburtons Protein Thin Bagel
- 3 x medium sized egg
- 1 x rasher bacon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled.
Method
- Grill the bacon to how you like it.
- Meanwhile crack the eggs into a bowl, add 1 tbsp olive oil and mix well.
- Add the egg mixture to a hot, non-stick pan over a medium heat and slowly stir. Remove from the heat when cooked to your liking.
- Whilst the egg is cooking slice the bagel in half and lightly toast.
- Add the bacon and feta cheese to the scrambled egg and mix well.
- Add the egg and bacon mixture to the bottom half of the bagel and add the top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy! 😍
