Honey Glazed Bananas 🍌

Tasty snack recipe 🍌
Serves 1
Approx 150kcals per serving
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  1. Slice the banana into ½ inch slices.
  2. Mix the honey & cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Add the oil to a frying pan over a low heat.
  4. Once the oil is warm add the banana slices. Cook on one side until
  5. browned (approx. 60 secs) then flip over and brown the other side.
  6. Drizzle the honey and cinnamon mixture over the banana slices with a spoon.
  7. Flip the bananas back over one more time for a few seconds & then serve.
Top Tip – If the honey is too thick to drizzle properly try heating it for 10 secs in the microwave.
