Your morning shake just got better! Try out this delicious shake recipe to change up your morning shake and give it a fruity twist 🥝


The Recipe:

2 x Scoops of Vanilla Formula 1 

1 x Protein Drink Mix

1 x Kiwi

1/2 x Avocado

1/2 x Vanilla Pod

250ml-400ml of water (depending on how thick you like your shake!)

Pop all ingredients into a blender and mix for 30 seconds.

Serve and Enjoy 🥑
