Fresh Green Bean Salad With Lemon-Mustard Dressing

  • Cook beans for 4 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse with cold water
  • Whisk the remaining ingredients together until well combined for the dressing. Then add the beans to the dressing. To finish, season and serve


  • 1lb fresh green beans, stems trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp of grainy brown mustard
  • 2 tsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste
