Banana Almond Shake
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender with a handful of ice cubes and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve, or into your shaker bottle and drink on the go, enjoy!
- 2 scoops of Banana Formula 1
- 2 scoops of Protein Drink Mix (PDM)
- 250ml Almond Milk (unsweetened)
- If not using PDM you will substitute this to 175ml of milk of your preference (we recommend using a plant based milk - unsweetened. You then will not need water unless adding for thinner consistency).
