Method
- Add the garlic, carrot, celery and chilli powder/paste into a large pan on a medium-high heat. Cook for around 5 minutes until the vegetables have softened
- Add the chopped tomatoes and stir for 30 seconds, then add the brown rice and leave on a low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally until all the vegetables are cooked through
- Add the beans 10 minutes from the end of cooking
- When everything is cooked through, serve in a bowl

- Chilli powder or sauce (to taste)
- 10g of garlic purée or 1 clove crushed
- 150g of Chopped Tomatoes
- 50g of Brown Rice
- 50g of Mixed Beans
