Tzatziki Chicken Salad

Method
- Mix all ingredients into a bowl and enjoy!
- Whisk dressing ingredients together until well combined. Then add the beans to the dressing. To finish, season and serve

- 2/3 cup of 2% reduced-fat, plain greek yoghurt
- ¼ cup of red onion
- 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, diced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 cucumber, shredded
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cup of chicken breast, cooked & diced
