Tzatziki Chicken Salad

Method

  • Mix all ingredients into a bowl and enjoy!
  • Whisk dressing ingredients together until well combined. Then add the beans to the dressing. To finish, season and serve

  • 2/3 cup of 2% reduced-fat, plain greek yoghurt
  • ¼ cup of red onion
  • 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, diced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cucumber, shredded
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 cup of chicken breast, cooked & diced
