Overnight Oats

Method
- Combine oats and milk, transfer into a jar with a lid or tuppaware pot. Set in the fridge overnight and serve with a handful of berries the next day
- Alternatively combine the ingredients and heat through for 5 minutes to make a hot porridge. Add more water for consistency preference
Ingredients
- 40g Oats
- 1 scoop of Protein Drink Mix + 150ml water
- If not using the Protein Drink Mix use 150ml milk (we recommend plant based milk or semi/skimmed milk)
- Handful of berries
