Fresh Green Bean Salad With Lemon-Mustard Dressing

Method
- Cook beans for 4 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse with cold water
- Whisk the remaining ingredients together until well combined for the dressing. Then add the beans to the dressing. To finish, season and serve

- 1lb fresh green beans, stems trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp of grainy brown mustard
- 2 tsp of balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
